n.
A fictitious name, especially a pen name.

Jack is my Grandfather's name. Other than that it has no other meaning to me.

Online - I've used Jack as a pseudonym for the last couple of years. Originally is was Jack_L but eventually the L was dropped.

I still use variations from time to time - depending on whether someone beat me to the registartion process or not.

Bishop is another I've used from time to time and it has a little story that sits behind it. I was becoming a member of a group called the Mutants - who are an online group of gamers.

After a little research - I came across Bishop. Bishop is a Mutant Cop from the X-Men series. As Bishop, I had a role as a server administrator for Gameplanet NZ. A role which essentially was one of policing the online multi play environment.

And this is how Jack Bishop became.
